I think alone time is very important because we all need that time to think and center. I don't think it means that you want the world to go away I think it means that you want to be able to handle things better. I would like to think that alone time is a good thing because when you get upset you don't want to say the wrong thing. My alone time is during the week at night. Every one needs that alone time. It also helps if you are in a relationship with some one and things aren't working out. I'm reading a book right now called Craft for the soul and it's by Pip Lincolne. I love it because she gets you involved and she helps you find yourself. I read this book when I am alone because that's part of my alone time. I also find the turning off the tv, cell phone, and computer help as well because then you can escape from the demands of life. Alone time is not a bad thing. I repeat ALONE TIME IS NOT A BAD THING!
